DAMA CLAIRE
is a Production Executive at The Incentives Office, and one of the foremost experts in governmental production incentives. Dama Claire works closely with independent film producers, studios and lenders to help identify the best location and production incentive package to save money. Dama Claire helped set up location-based finance for “Big Momma’s House 2” in Louisiana, “Dear John” in South Carolina, “Red Dawn” in Michigan, “The Private Lives of Pippa Lee” in Connecticut, ”Prison Break" in Illinois, “Legion” in New Mexico, and “The Conspirator” in Georgia.

Dama recently co-produced "Betty Anne Waters", starring Hilary Swank, in Michigan. She also helped enhance film tax legislation in Alaska, Louisiana, Massachusetts and South Carolina.

Dama Claire began her entertainment career at Warner Bros. working with Malpaso Productions (Clint Eastwood), and has served as West Region Director of Entertainment Tax for Price Waterhouse, Vice President of Tax at Carolco Pictures and Twentieth Century Fox.

She is a member of the British Academy of Film and Television (BAFTA) and Women in Film.

JEFF BEGUN was a Business Development VP at Axium International until that company ceased to exist.  He came up with the idea of a payroll company tracking U.S. production incentives, and created the Complete Guide to U.S. Production Incentives, which is the industry standard.  He frequently participates and moderates production incentives panels around the country.

Before Axium he was an independent producer and writer, with about a dozen films to his credit.  Prior to moving to California, Jeff Begun owned a theatre chain and independent film distribution company in Chicago.

Jeff Begun completed coursework for a PhD in Cognitive Psychology at Carnegie-Mellon University.
